Methods:
- During an online introductory meeting, you will have the opportunity to express your wishes and needs regarding acquiring the Spanish language in your specific industry. This is done using an intake form that will serve as a guide to the interview. If necessary, a placement test will be accomplished.
- You can indicate if, for example, the following skills can be included in the online education program: conducting a sales conversation, requesting and providing information over the phone, receiving customers, making appointments, presenting the product, handling complaints and problems, writing reports, giving a company presentation, etc.
- With the expertise of Español Universal in consultation with you, an educational program will be designed that is completely customized with industry-relevant grammar topics, language skills and vocabulary.
Education track:
- During each online lesson, attention will be paid to acquiring the Spanish language as well as explaining Spanish etiquette and culture. To close a business deal, to order food at a restaurant, to negotiate the best terms of delivery of your product, to store … manners are an integral part of language.
- The student will also have the opportunity to put the covered material into practice in a real work situation during each online session. Hence the importance of the training taking place at the trainee’s work location.
- The structure of the online business training is based on the language levels of the Common European Framework of Reference. These levels were developed by the Council of Europe and established in the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). Each block of 10 lessons corresponds to the language levels below.
- The CEFR divides students into three major groups that can be divided into six levels:
- Beginning language user: A1 Breakthrough, A2 Waystage
- Independent language user: B1 Threshold, B2 Vantage
- Proficient Language User: C1 Effective Operational Proficiency, C2 Mastery
- Halfway through the online course, an evaluation meeting will take place to map the student’s progress and experiences and possibly adjust the educational program.
- At the end of the educational program, there is the possibility of taking a placement test from an independent body at no additional cost to the student.

- 2 people (duo lesson): € 69,- per hour per person
Group Spanish classes for companies (minimum 4 students):
- 10 lessons of 2 hours: € 689,- per person (excluding course materials)
