Who are these language trips in Spain for?

This intensive language and cultural trip is intended for anyone who already has a foundation in Spanish (from level A2-1) and wants to further develop their language skills in practice. Whether you are (or have been) a student at Español Universal, or simply a lover of the Spanish language with the right level: you are very welcome!

During this language trip in Spain, you not only deepen your Spanish but also truly get to know the richness and diversity of Spanish culture, customs, and history. An educational and inspiring experience for those who want more than just language lessons, this is learning Spanish with head, heart, and senses.

What do these Spanish language trips in Spain entail?

The intensive Spanish language course in Spain consists of 20 or 25 lesson hours, spread over 5 or 6 days, and offers a lively mix of language, practice, and culture. Each day starts with a morning program (09:30 – 13:30) that takes place at special cultural and historical locations in the city. Think of atmospheric squares, markets, museums, and hidden corners full of stories. You take lessons outdoors, alternated with practical assignments that challenge you to immediately apply Spanish in real situations.

“In the evenings, during the evening program (18:00 – 20:00), we delve deeper into grammar and work on concrete theme” s. Everything you have heard, seen, and experienced during the day forms input for these interactive sessions, so that theory and practice seamlessly merge.

The language of instruction throughout the course is exclusively Spanish, so you completely immerse yourself in the language and make enormous progress in a short time.

To which destinations do the Spanish language trips in Spain go?

We have seven splendid destinations, the beautiful historic Seville, the lively dynamic Valencia, the hospitable bustling Madrid, the gastronomic Bilbao & San Sebastián, the refreshing Málaga, the paradisiacal Tenerife and the beautiful Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

When do the Spanish language trips in Spain take place?

Español Universal organizes language and cultural trips to carefully selected Spanish destinations several times a year, spread throughout the year. The planning is not coincidental: for each location, the time is chosen when the climate is pleasant and the city is at its liveliest, often in combination with local festivals, traditions, or a special atmosphere.

For example, we visit Sanlúcar de Barrameda from February to June, when the light is soft and life takes place outdoors. In February or November, we go to Seville, a city that then comes to life, but is not yet in the scorching summer heat. Madrid is on the program in April, ideal for discovering the city on foot in the spring sun. Tenerife is also a perfect destination in April: the island offers a delightfully mild climate and a unique combination of nature and culture.

In May and June, we travel to the green north: Bilbao and San Sebastián, where spring is fresh, colorful, and inspiring. We visit Valencia in September, when the city is buzzing and summer still lingers. And finally, there’s Málaga in October, a warm, luminous finale to the season, perfect for a language trip by the sea.

What are the costs?

The cost of the Spanish language course in Spain is € 319,00 including course materials and excluding airfare and accommodation, participants will need to take care of this themselves.

The language trip to Tenerife is an all-inclusive language trip: language course, accommodation with breakfast, cooking workshop, excursions, transportation on the island are all included in the price. Participants must arrange their own airfare. The cost of the all-inclusive language trip to Tenerife is € 899.00

The language trip to Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz) is a complete language trip: language course, transfer to and from the airport, cooking workshop, excursions, and any transport to the various activities are all included in the price. Participants must arrange their own flight tickets and accommodation. The cost of the complete language trip to Sanlúcar de Barrameda is €499.00
