Methods:
- During an introductory meeting, you will have the opportunity to express your wishes and needs regarding the acquisition of the Spanish language in your own industry. This is done using an intake form that will serve as a guide to the interview. If necessary, a placement test will be accomplished.
- You can indicate whether, for example, the following skills can be included in the curriculum: making a sales call, requesting and providing information over the phone, receiving customers, making appointments, presenting the product, dealing with complaints and problems, writing reports, giving a business presentation, etc.
- With the expertise of Español Universal in consultation with you, an educational program will be designed that is completely customized with industry-relevant grammar topics, language skills and vocabulary.
Education track:
- Each class session will focus on acquiring the Spanish language and also on explaining Spanish manners and culture. To close a business deal, to order food at a restaurant, to negotiate the best terms of delivery of your product, to store … manners are an integral part of language.
- Also, in each session the student will have the opportunity to put the material covered into practice in a real work situation. Hence the importance of the training taking place at the trainee’s work location.
- The structure of the corporate training courses are based on the language levels of the European Reference Framework. These levels were developed by the Council of Europe and defined in the CEFR(Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). Each block of 10 lessons corresponds to the language levels below.
- The CEFR divides students into three major groups that can be divided into six levels:
- Beginning language user: A1 Breakthrough, A2 Waystage
- Independent language user: B1 Threshold, B2 Vantage
- Proficient Language User: C1 Effective Operational Proficiency, C2 Mastery
- An evaluation meeting will be held halfway through the course to assess the student’s progress and experiences and to adjust the curriculum if necessary.
- At the end of the educational program, there is the possibility of taking a placement test from an independent body at no additional cost to the student.

- 1 person: € 75 per hour per person
- 2 persons (duo lessons): € 55 per hour per person
Group Spanish classes for companies (minimum 4 students):
- 10 lessons of 2 hours: € 595 per person (excluding teaching materials)
